Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, carrier delays, weather delays, or pre-order / launch waiting periods.

During launch periods, high-volume order periods, inventory delays, or carrier disruptions, processing may take longer. If a meaningful delay occurs, we will provide updates by email when appropriate.

Pre-Orders and Launch Orders

If an item is sold as a pre-order, backorder, early-access order, or launch reservation, the estimated shipping timeframe will be stated on the product page or during checkout.

Estimated ship dates are not guarantees. If a delay occurs, we will provide updates by email.

Flat Rate Shipping

Zynpyre currently offers flat-rate shipping on eligible U.S. orders.

Current planned flat-rate shipping options may include:

Clean Chamber: $7.99 flat-rate shipping
Clean Chamber Bundle: $9.99 flat-rate shipping
Solution Refill: $7.99 flat-rate ground shipping

Shipping rates are shown at checkout before payment is completed. The final shipping rate available for your order may depend on the products in your cart, shipping destination, order weight, and whether the order contains cleaning solution or other items that require special shipping handling.

Orders that include alcohol-based cleaning solution may be limited to ground shipping only and may not be eligible for all shipping methods or destinations.

Flat-rate shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return or refund is due to a Zynpyre error, confirmed defect, damaged shipment, or wrong item shipment.

Solution Subscriptions

Zynpyre may offer subscription options for eligible solution refill products.

Subscription orders are shipped according to the shipping rate shown at checkout. Subscription savings, discounts, shipping options, and available delivery frequencies may vary by product and may change over time.

If an order contains alcohol-based cleaning solution, it may be limited to ground shipping only.

Shipping Restrictions

At launch, Zynpyre ships to eligible addresses within the United States only.

We do not currently ship internationally, to military/APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or to locations where our products cannot legally or safely be shipped.

Orders containing alcohol-based cleaning solution may be restricted from certain shipping methods, destinations, or carriers.
