Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Zynpyre processes, ships, and handles orders.

Where We Ship

At launch, Zynpyre ships to addresses within the United States only.

We do not currently ship internationally, to military/APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or to locations where our products cannot legally or safely be shipped.

Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed within [1–3 business days] after payment is confirmed.

Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, carrier delays, or pre-order waiting periods.

During launch periods, high-volume sales, weather events, carrier disruptions, or inventory delays, processing may take longer.

Pre-Orders and Launch Orders

If an item is sold as a pre-order, backorder, or launch reservation, the estimated ship date will be stated on the product page or during checkout.

Estimated ship dates are not guarantees. If a delay occurs, we will communicate updates by email.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will follow applicable law regarding delay notices, customer consent, cancellation rights, and refunds.

Shipping Methods

Available shipping methods will be shown at checkout.

Some products may qualify for standard shipping. Products containing alcohol-based cleaning solution or other regulated materials may be limited to ground shipping only.

Alcohol-Based Cleaning Solution Shipping

If your order includes alcohol-based cleaning solution, it may be considered a flammable or regulated item for shipping purposes.

Because of this, orders containing cleaning solution may:

Require ground shipping
Be unavailable in certain locations
Be restricted from air shipping
Require special packaging, labeling, or carrier handling
Take longer than non-liquid products
Be shipped separately from other items

We reserve the right to cancel or modify shipping options for any order that cannot be safely or legally shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order contents, destination, carrier rates, and selected shipping method.

Shipping promotions, free-shipping offers, or bundle shipping rates may be changed or discontinued at any time.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Zynpyre is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or other events outside our control.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available.

Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, missing apartment number, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or unclaimed package, we may charge additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost, stolen, or damaged, contact us at support@zynpyre.com with your order number.

For damaged shipments, please contact us within [7 days] of delivery and include photos of the packaging, product, and shipping label.

We will work with you and the carrier to determine the best next step. Replacement or refund eligibility depends on the circumstances and carrier findings.

Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages, especially if the order includes both non-regulated products and regulated cleaning solution.

You may receive separate tracking numbers.
