We want you to feel confident ordering from Zynpyre. This policy explains when returns, refunds, replacements, or exchanges may be available.
Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, contact us at support@zynpyre.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused
Unwashed
In original condition
In original packaging
Returned with all included components
Approved through our return process before being shipped back
Do not send items back without contacting us first.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For safety, hygiene, and shipping reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
Used Clean Chamber products
Opened or used cleaning solution
Opened liquid products
Items exposed to resin, residue, cleaning solution, smoke, odor, or contaminants
Gift cards
Final sale items
Products damaged by misuse, improper cleaning, or failure to follow instructions
Cleaning Solution Returns
Opened cleaning solution cannot be returned.
Unopened cleaning solution may still be restricted due to shipping and hazardous-material handling rules. Contact us before attempting to return any liquid product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing components, contact us within [7 days] of delivery.

Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging
Photo of the shipping label
Description of the issue
If the issue is confirmed, we may provide a replacement, replacement part, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, contact us within [7 days] of delivery. We will review the issue and make it right.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a confirmed defect, or shipping damage.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We may offer exchanges for eligible unused items depending on inventory availability.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@zynpyre.com.
We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing, packing, or fulfillment.
Misuse and Damage
We do not refund or replace products damaged by misuse, aggressive shaking, improper chemicals, unsafe handling, cleaning incompatible items, dropping, overheating, freezing, impact damage, or failure to follow safety instructions.
